My story is deeply rooted in my distinguished military background, which instilled in me discipline and resilience. These qualities were further honed through my academic pursuits, culminating in a Master's degree in Executive Leadership. This education provided me with a profound understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership psychology.

As a certified Executive Leadership Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a proud member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, specializing in DISC consultancy, I bring a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise.
